If you’ve been holding out for your preferred price point in order to experience virtual reality for the first time, this year’s Black Friday sales event has finally arrived to answer this call. That’s because a whole host of UK retailers currently have various PlayStation VR bundles heavily discounted, helping you to get a great deal on your ideal PSVR bundle. All you need to get started is a PS4, then any one of the PSVR Starter Packs will do just the job.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the PlayStation VR Worlds starter pack bundle is the one that started it all. First retailing for close to the £300 mark, you can generally find it for around £249.99 these days from plenty of UK retailers. However, this morning has seen its price strongly slashed to just £179.99. These are all the places you can pick it up at that price:
PS4 players who were serious about investing in PSVR could always opt for the PlayStation VR Mega Pack bundle. It also includes the PSVR Worlds game, a headset and PS4 camera, but threw in an extra four games to give you more bang for your buck. Those extra games are: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Doom VFR, Astro Bot: Rescue Mission and Wipeout: Omega Collection. This one would usually retail for £299.99, but it’s £90 off most places at just £209:
PlayStation recently updated the PSVR bundle above, swapping out PSVR Worlds and Wipeout: Omega Collection for two new games in Resident Evil 7 and Everybody’s Golf. These two games are thought to represent the wider gamut of experiences available with PSVR, and it’s also available from most UK retailers this Black Friday for only £209:
