Mortal Kombat is rebooting and we're going back to number 1, yesterday's announcement trailer did nothing but build hype and get us ready for the next instalment of fatalities and lore in the Mortal Kombat world.

The game is hitting shelves this September and will release with a pretty awesome Collector's edition aptly named the Kollector's Edition. Coming with a bunch of digital goodies and early access, the big selling point here is the 16.5" Liu Kang, which looks well and truly badass. Don't worry as well this one definitely comes with the game unlike some collector's editions (I'm talking about you Diablo 4)
