Wild Hearts is a new title published by EA that takes heavy inspiration from Capcom's well-loved and revered Monster Hunter series. It is looking to scratch a lot of the same itches as Monster Hunter as you team up with friends to hunt giant beasts arming yourself with the deadliest weapons and taking advantage of ancient technologies to defy the odds against giant nature-infused beasts in a fantasy medieval Japan setting inundated with gorgeous landscapes. Craft your own hunting grounds with Karakuri technology

Karakuri is the ancient technology you must master in order to vanquish the Kemono beasts that rampage through the lands of Azuma. Karakuri allow you to place objects and adapt your environment for a strategic advantage; you're only limited by your creativity in combat. Your ability to wield Karakuri is what separates you from other hunters.

Hunt with your friends cross-platform from day one!

One of the best features of modern gaming is cross-platform allowing you to join up with friends regardless of what system you're playing on. Whilst Wild Hearts can be played entirely solo or with friends its nice to have the option to jump in and play with people from every platform. You can join up and hunt Kemono with up to two fellow hunters across Steam, Epic Games, Origin, PS5 and Xbox Series X | Series S!

Gear up and progress your character as you take on bigger and more dangerous beasts

As to expected from any game in the hunter genre collecting materials and crafting gear is your main form of progression and Wild Hearts is no different. Craft an array of armor and weapons in order to defeat larger and more powerful Kemono. There is going to be a selection of weapon types in Wild Hearts including: katana, bow, bladed wagasa (Umbrella), Maul, Nodachi, Staff and potentially more. All weapon will be have their own unique combos and skill trees for you to master and experience. Changing your weapon could entirely change how the game feels so don't be afraid to switch around to find your preferred playstyle!

Wild Hearts is releasing on PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PC (via Steam, Origini and Epic Games Store) and will have cross-play support from day one so you can join up with other hunters regardless of platform.

Is Wild Hearts online only?

No, you can play Wild Hearts offline or online. The game can be enjoyed entirely solo if you'd prefer that to joining up with other players (co-operative with up to 3 players).

Whats comes with the Wild Hearts Karakuri Edition?

The Karakuri Edition of Wild Hearts contains some extra exclusive in-game items which are:
