Competition Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of this competition is Razor Creations trading as console-deals.com(company number: 07395100) whose address is at Britannia House, Britannia Way, Lichfield, WS14 9UY.
• This prize draw excludes employees and their families of console-deals.com, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
• console-deals.com are giving away a copy of Uncharted 4 on PlayStation 4.
• How to Enter: To enter the competition, you must RT (and follow if you do not so already the @consoledeals twitter profile) and answer the competition question. A winner will be drawn at random from the correct answers. Maximum of one entry per person. Entries close on 24th November 2016 at 10:00pm.
• No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script', ‘brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
• No cash or other alternative prizes will be available, in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control, whereby we reserve the right to substitute for any similar alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by console-deals.com, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
• By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted & be bound by these Terms & Conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to console-deals.com acting as Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw & any other purposes to which the entrant has expressly consented. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw via Twitter. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the promoter within 72 hours of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
• The decision of console-deals.com is final in respect of all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
