Dragon's Dogma is getting a sequel and Capcom is going all-in
Dragon's Dogma II is real and coming to PS5, Xbox Series X and PC on March 22nd this year. The original is a game that honestly not enough people played and generated a cult following over the years that were always sat with bated breath for any whisperings of a sequel. Still, now we're here and Capcom is backing the game full-force with them expecting the game to do gangbuster numbers. Capcom has been in great form as of late and I can't wait to jump into Dragon's Dogma II as an Arisen when it releases.
Dragon's Dogma II is a single-player action RPG with a real focus on combat experiences with so many different monsters to take on with a deep class-based vocation system offering all sorts of combat options from a big meaty two-handed sword expert to a magic archer combining spell-weaving with archery. These vocations will be important not only to your character but also to your party of "pawns" which are the companions who help aid your adventure in Dragon's Dogma II. Pawns have their own individual specialities and personalities making your journey through the setting of Gransys truly unique. You will be able to customise your main pawn and have two extra you can pick from the online network which also allows you to share your pawns with friends and other players. The Pawn system is a brilliant way to handle in-game companions which is only being improved on in Dragon's Dogma II thanks to the advances in technology since its inception in the original game.
